Learning to Love Bratz Games

Many parents have a hard time liking the Bratz. The clothing the Bratz wear is a bit suggestive or skimpy at times, and the parents concerned about such things have a hard time getting used to the saucy Bratz dolls and their clothing. The Bratz dolls do grow on you after a time, however. The parents who have an initial reaction against the dolls can learn to appreciate or at least tolerate them after some time.

The best Bratz games for parents to appreciate are the ones online. The Bratz games online include some that are not as obvious or showy as the dolls can be. The online version can contain a larger variety of clothing options for dressing up the doll base that is part of the game, and many of the clothing options are tamer than you’d find on the dolls themselves.

Playing the Bratz games online is easy to do and it’s a nice way to spend time together with your child. Sit down at the computer together and find a girl gaming site that offers Bratz games. Find a doll base you like and get started picking out clothing together. You can make different looks with the clothing available, and if you as a parent feel there are not enough options, simply pick a different game to try.

Bratz Games Growing in Popularity

While I have no real proof to show, I’m certain that Bratz games are growing in popularity. The majority of Bratz games are found online, although you can certainly argue that the Bratz aisle in the toy store qualifies as Bratz games as well. But when you play Bratz games online, you have the chance to dress up your favorite characters without having to pull on tiny clothing.

Of course when you play Bratz games online, you don’t have the chance to actaully move the characters around the way you would playing Bratz games with Bratz dolls. However, if you like dressing the dolls time and time again, it’s likely you’d be one of many who finds happiness playing Bratz games online. And the number of Bratz lovers online is growing.

The number of games available for these enthusaists is growing steadily despite claims that the Bratz dolls are losing value and evventaully going away thanks to a lost lawsuit with Mattel, the maker of Barbie dolls, but in fact, the opposite seems to be true. The more contested the Bratz dolls become, the more popular they are for girls everyone – online and off.

Bratz Games Are for Creative Girls

Not everyone will love Bratz games as much as those girls who are innately creative and who love a good creative challenge. If you are the kind of girl who can do wonders with papers and markers, you’ll love what you can do with the Bratz games. The number of options available to girls as they play the Bratz games makes them easily a favorite.

When you start to play Bratz games, you’ll be presented with a doll base. Select the base you want and then start choosing clothing and accessories for your doll. The creatives of the world can easily spend hours creating the perfect doll. If you use more than one doll, you’ll be making a full band or clique of friends – all of whom are impeccably dressed.

Once you finish the Bratz game you’ll be able to really enjoy your finished product. You will have one of the most popular Bratz characters dressed in a costume of your choosing that is printable or a file you can use for your avatar. Save the character and use it as you please to show off your more creative side. In fact, you can even send it over to a friend and let them create their own to either match or challenge your theme.

Bratz Games and Girls

Girls love Bratz games for many reasons, but among the most common you’ll find:

Girls Love Bratz
The saucy collection of teenage girls who make up the Bratz doll line are appealing to teens for many reasons. The Bratz dolls let you play a hipper version of dress up games and the clothing available for the Bratz dolls are a bit trendier than the sorts of things you’d find for Barbie or other dress up game options.

Bratz Have Variety
Bratzx games also have quite a bit of variety built into the game. When you play Bratz games you’re able to dress up any or all of the dolls and then to redress them as many times as you want. This makes the Bratz games a center for creativity which is very appealing to girls everywhere.

Bratz Games Are Currently Changing
Bratz games are modern and they are always changing. There is a great deal to learn from Bratz games and it’s especially fun when the clothing and doll options are always changing. Having options when you play is especially important to creative individuals.

Fun with Bratz Games

Bratz games are fun and too many people have yet to really experience how much fun you really can have playing Bratz games. My favorite of the many Bratz games are the ones where you get to dress up the Bratz dolls online. On these games, you visit a Bratz dress up game website and select a doll to dress.

There are then hundreds, sometimes thousands of items you can choose and modify to put on your doll character. I personally start with hair and eye color as so most girls, and then I move onto the clothing. It’s fun to mix and match outfits and the best outfits include plenty of accessories so you have plenty of options there as well.

When you’re finished creating a brilliant outfit for your Bratz doll online, you can print her out, save her or send her to a friend. I personally like to save the dolls and then use them as avatars or designs on my blogs or sites. I find having a stylish, if cartoonish, avatar with a cute girl brings me just the kind of fun personality I like to have online.

Do Bratz Games Make You Bratty?

I read an article today that mentioned Bratz games and how children are becoming ruder. While the article didn’t exactly say that is was the Bratz games making children rude, it couldn’t have been a good thing to see the girls listed there alongside Grand Theft Auto and other “bad” toys.

I don’t think that the Bratz dolls are bad toys. I don’t think they make anyone behave badly or even become remotely rude. The movies might show girls with a bit of personality, but they aren’t rude. And the Bratz games especially have nothing to do with rude children. The kids get to dress up characters in any way they like and dressing up dolls and playing pretend is actually something many parents want for their children.

Playing dress up games such as the Bratz games can be a bit developmental milestone for kids and using your imagination when you play is much better than watching some show or playing video games. So anyone who complains that the Bratz games are turning kids into brats of their own right obviously has not spent much time actually playing with the dolls or playing Bratz games online.

More Bratz Games for the Rest of Us

Good news! There is a new line of Bratz games coming out in 2010. I’m sure all of the classic dolls will be included, but as a fan of Bratz games and dolls, I like to see what’s new and interesting when I walk down the aisle in the toy store. And I happen to make that walk on a rather frequent basis.

My Favorite Bratz Games
As excited as I am about new dolls coming out in 2010, I am also quite content to play with my classics. I have quite a few favorite Bratz activities already.

Online Bratz Games – I love play the online Bratz games where I get to dress up the dolls in their crazy outfits and have fun putting things together from the hundreds of styles available online. When you play Bratz games online you have more option on clothing styles, but you have less to select when it comes to backgrounds and accessories at times.

Classic Bratz Dolls – I truly love my oldest Bratz dolls. I have the four original dolls that started the phenomenon and they are my favorite dolls of all to play with. Set them up, dress them up and take them for rides in their Hummer when I feel the need to go shopping or get some air. There is just something about the original versions that make me smile.

Bratz Games Still Coming

A while back. MGA, the manufacturer of the Bratz games lost a lawuit to Mattel over who owns the dolls. The courts have said that Mattel owns the Bratz lines and that MGA must pay a hefty fine for making them - $100 million. Of course Mattel protested and is appeals currently to have the fine reduced, but in the meantime the company is still making Bratz dolls.

There will be new dolls for 2010 despite the legal drama. Those of us who have kept at least a bit of attention focused on the drama that has been unfolding are interested to see what will happen next. MGA plans to unveil a new line of Bratz dolls for customers, but the courts have already said that the profits and dolls belong to Mattel.

So in essence, MGA is giving the girls what they want – new dolls fro their favorite Bratz games, but at the same time they are making money for their chief competitors. The drama is still unfolding of course, but in the meantime the rest of us can enjoy our Bratz games for as long as they continue to manufacturer them for us.

Bratz Games and Your Friends

Having your friends over for Bratz games is an awesome idea. Bratz games are fun when you play them alone, but they are especially fun when you’re able to bring your doll collection together with someone else’s and enjoy the games. Bratz dolls are great for this as many of the clothing is exchangeable making it simple to bring everyone together to share dolls, clothing, laughs and good times.

Another great thing about playing Bratz games with your friends is the sheer amount of information your friends can share with you. For example, if you head online to play online Bratz games, you might have a favorite website to use, but then so might your friends. Coming together to play means you can all enjoy variety and recommendations from others who have actually played the games.

Have an online contest with your friends. Take turn designed clothing and outfits for the online Bratz games. Then print your final product or save it. When everyone has finished, you can compare the completed dolls and together vote and then declare a winner. You can play as many times as you like in a variety of ways – have a contest for casual clothing and dress up clothing, etc…
