The Best Bratz Games

Look for some new Bratz games to play? Look no further! Here are the best Bratz games out there right now.

Bratz Dress Up Games
If you like fashion and you like Bratz, you’re in luck. The most popular kind of Bratz game are dress up games. This means you get a basic Bratz doll on the computer and then you get the choice of hundreds of clothing items and accessories so use when you dress your doll up. Put her in urban gear the way the original Bratz were dressed, or use any style you like. You might even create a brand new style that is totally your own.

Bratz Flash Games
The other predominate game online are the Flash games. These are games that let you do something such as shooting at penguins or moving a character around. The Bratz flash games are much more complex than dress up games, but they aren’t a full scale video game. For the most part, these games are short but a lot of fun.

Bratz Character Games
Finally, you can play character games with your favorite Bratz doll. Add your special dynamic to an existing character, use one as is, or create your very own Bratz doll to use as you navigate various Bratz websites. You can even use your Bratz avatar on other websites and profiles.

Bratz Concert

It’s time for a Bratz concert and who better to stage such an event that you! Grab your favorite Bratz album or any album or play list you like and arrange your characters. Your Bratz dolls will need people to help them dance and sing unless they happen to already do so themselves, so might need to enlist the help of a little sister if you happen to have more than two dolls dancing in this particular Bratz game.

To stage your concert, you’ll first need an actual stage. Make one out of cardboard or just turn a small table on it’s side. You can even crawl behind the couch and let your Bratz dolls dance on top to the music.

Practice a few times to get a coordinated routine down with your little sis or just by yourself. Make it as complicated or simple as you want, but you want it to be ready because you’ll want to film this major event, of course. Maybe you’ll be YouTube famous after this production. Who knows?

Finally, when the time is right, assemble your audience, which might just be a camera and tripod and raise the proverbial curtain. Cue the music and let the little dolls cut loose. Shimmy, shake and enjoy yourself as you put your Bratz dolls through the motions of an intricately choreographed dance. Swap out characters and don’t forget the backup dancers.

You might even do the concert a few times and film from different angles so that you can take footage and cut and assemble a real music video. How cool is that?

Three New Bratz Games

If you’re looking for something new to do with your Bratz dolls, don’t get stuck in a rut this summer. Break the mold and try arranging or playing with your dolls in a totally new way. Here are five things to try that you might not have thought of before.

Bratz Puppets. Tie string on your Bratz dolls and make a puppet. Use one string on each of her arms, legs and head and then you can make her dance in time to your favorite songs or put on a Bratz play.

Bratz Collection. Spend a day finding everything you own that is Bratz related. Then arrange them all neatly on a shelf or a corner of your room. You might even put your Bratz games on your bed (after your bed is made up, of course) to showcase your full Bratz collection.

Bratz Posters. Grab your phone or digital camera and snap some pictures of your Bratz dolls. Take interesting angles and close up shots, then hop on the computer and print off your favorites. Blow them up as big as your printer will handle and soon you can have your very own custom Bratz poster collection.

Bratz Game: Bratz Scavenger Hunt

Bratz are everywhere and it’s about time the adorable dolls got the attention they deserve. If you’re looking for a new Bratz game, why not try something out of the ordinary? You love Bratz and you’re great at finding them. It’s hot outside, and you need someplace cool to play. Head to a large supermarket, like Wal-mart or even the mall for a Bratz scavenger hunt/

Give each friend or sibling $5. Then everyone separates to go and find the funniest or most obscure Bratz item they can. Of course, the item has to be under $5. This is the real trick since most toys cost closer to $10 or $20.

Since it’s your game, you can make the rules anything you want. You can allow friends to combine money and buy something jointly or you can raise the dollar amount. You don’t actually even need to use money so long as you put your item back in the correct spot when you’re through. You don’t want to make a mess and alert anyone that you’re playing a Bratz game, not really shopping, do you?

As far as the actual item, don’t even head to the toy section. Everything in there will be typical Bratz and you want something really funny. Try the band-aids and maybe toothbrushes. Could there be a Bratz cup or water bottle, or maybe a special kind of Bratz underwear? There is only one way to find out – get looking!

Bratz Games v. Barbie Games

Is Be-Bratz better than Barbiegirls? Of course it’s impossible to judge, but it’s very likely you have an opinion one way or the other. Be-Bratz was introduced to the world about a year ago. It was designed and developed to rival Barbie’s online site, and it has certainly given the blonde bombshell a run for her money.

Of course, there is a chance you’ve never even been on Be-Bratz.com. That would certainly be the case if you haven’t purchased a Bratz doll in the past or if you did but failed to use the UPC code that is imprinted inside each box. Be-Bratz requires special admission through the purchase of a doll. Barbiegirls, however, does not.

This might seem like a serious tip in favor of Barbiegirls, but most Bratz fans already own at least one Bratz doll, right? Anyway, Be-Bratz is full of Bratz games and the Bratz characters. You can create your own Bratz character to use as an avatar on the site and the points you earn playing Bratz games will be used to buy clothing through the virtual shopping aspect of the site.

The two sites, Be-Bratz and Barbiegirls are competing for the same group of online enthusiasts. Both are targeting girls over the age of eight or so who enjoy online activities such as Bratz games. The sites are both full of games and activities, so I guess it just boils down to this – which do you like better? Bratz or Barbies?

Bratz are Profane?!

In case you haven’t noticed, there is always something to worry about with trendy toys. Once upon a time Barbie got in big trouble for saying, “Math is hard!” and now some of the Bratz dolls are coming under fire.

The singing Bratz dolls are advertised as being “so cute” and they certainly are. After all, all Bratz games are fun and the dolls are always cute. But in a few cases, some parents think the Bratz dolls are anything buy cute. In fact, they are calling the dolls profane.

Why? Apparently some of the singing Bratz dolls are singing words that sound an awful lot like swear words. Naturally this is upsetting to parents who were trying to buy fun and innocent Bratz games for their daughters. I’m not sure exactly what the alleged words are supposed to be, but every now and again a news story pops up claiming a girl is playing with a cussing Bratz doll.

Is it serious? That’s up to you. If you’re a fan of the Bratz dolls and you’re old enough to recognize that the occasional word might sound like naughty (even if it's not), you’ll likely just think the dolls are funny. But if you’re offended by anything that even sounds remotely wrong or you’re worried your little sister might get the wrong message, you should probably check out the lyrics before playing that Bratz game too many times.

Bratz: the Movie

If you’ve been playing Bratz games online, but somehow missed the Bratz movie last summer in theaters, you still have more than ample opportunity to try out the live version of your favorite dolls before they make another installment.

The movie about Bratz came out last August and the DVD was released back in November. If you don’t already own it, rent it. It’s fascinating to see Bratz games and dolls come to life on the big screen.

Sure it’s somewhat predictable, but since when have we not liked predictable movies? Besides the movies is based on four fashion dolls – not detectives. In the movie the four best friends start high school together, but end up in different cliques. Most of the girls have it pretty well, but Yasmin has a pretty bumpy road thanks to a silly comment.

Two years later, the school is being run by the obnoxious principal’s daughter, but the girls find each other again and reunite. The defeat the annoying girl, of course, who tries to ruin their lives. And in the end, it all ends happily ever after for four BRATZ.
