The Arguments against Bratz Games

If you’re confused about the fuss surrounding the Bratz games, you’re certainly not the only one. Bratz games are a hot bed of controversy, and while you might think the arguments are the most ridiculous you’ve ever heard, many others find them to be totally legitimate.

Bratz games are too risqué. A group of four friends running around being fashionable doesn’t sound very threatening, but many parents find the clothing the friends are wearing as well as the attitudes the girls express though their faces to be a bit too edgy for their children. Large doe eyes and kissing mouths combine with skimpy clothing to make parents squirm.

Bratz game are too argumentative. There is a reason they are called Bratz. Being a brat isn’t usually something encouraged by parents everywhere, so playing with dolls that take attitudes to an entirely new level doesn’t sit well with parents. Nobody can say they are surprised, however. What parent wants to teach their child how to roll their eyes, how to make smirks or how to totally ignore parental requests?
