Bratz Games and Your Parents

Many parents don’t really enjoy Bratz games the way their children do. Girls love Bratz games because the Bratz characters are appealing in a hip, urban kind of way. You can play with Bratz dolls and try on the kind of clothing you find in magazines. Of course, it’s unlikely you’ll ever be able to try on these sorts of clothing for yourself, so putting them on a Bratz doll is second best.

Of course, parents see the different types of clothing and dolls and worry that the outfits are too tight, too revealing or too suggestive. We see fashion, they see something of concern. Of course, years ago their parents probable felt the same way about their clothing and hairstyles, so much of the concern is generational if nothing else.

If your parents begin to give you grief, however, over the Bratz dolls, simply explain that Bratz dolls are a way you can practice your creativity and stimulate your imagination. These are certainly two things your parents will encourage, and you don’t even have to exaggerate. When you play with Bratz games, you really are working creatively and stimulating your imagination.
