Bratz Games and Growing Up

One of the most interesting thing about the Bratz games is the market they reach. All of us remember playing with Barbies growing up, but there was a point that we stopped the Barbies because we had too many other, cooler things to do. Or at least we thought we did. There was definitely an itch to pull those dolls out and keep playing for a few more years, but we didn’t want to be the only friend still working on new fashions for a princess or bride doll.

Fortunately, the Bratz games solved a lot of these problems for us by introducing a new type of doll that gives us a bit more time when it comes to fashion decisions. You can play with Bratz games for years past the time period that you’d normally have to stop your Barbie games and nobody blinks an eye. It’s cool to play with the Bratz games because the Bratz games are simply cool themselves. It’s a shame you can’t say that much for the Barbies past a certain point, but so long as you have your Bratz games, your love of fashion games can go on for years.

Bratz Games

Easily one of my favorite games is becoming rather blasé in the fashion doll aisle. I had to really search today to find the Bratz games among the many other sorts of dress up dolls. There were rows upon rows of Barbie games, which wasn’t too surprising, but there were also so many different sorts of vampire girls and some Moxie girls as well. There really weren’t very many Bratz games and it does make you wonder a bit of the Bratz dolls aren’t going to be around much longer – maybe they really are going to be phased out after the drama of the various lawsuits.

While it would be terrible, it wouldn’t be a huge surprise if MGA Entertainment focused on some of its newer dolls instead of the old Bratz dolls who have been such a point of contention between the two companies. Of course, after the huge lawsuits fought over the dolls, it really wouldn’t make much sense for the two sides to suddenly just agree to quit the dolls all together. The legal troubles are over and the dolls might not be hugely popular right now, but I’ll bet they will be again.
